As a couple new to the area Ann's local knowledge was essential. She is a good listener and picked up on our requirements quickly. We were lucky enough to find a house in a short time and having made our decision Ann set up all the necessary paper work and arranged all the legal appointments necessary. After the basic agreement she dealt with it all, whilst one of us was out of the country, complicating the situation. We sold our previous house through a brokerage and I asked for a referral in Eugene.
